When you call (516) 962-5000 or 1-800-336-9270, Abby usually answers — she runs the office and knows what to ask about your door. Our technicians carry the common springs, cables, rollers, sensors and opener parts, so most Roslyn jobs are done on the first visit.
We are a LiftMaster authorized dealer and install doors from Clopay, Amarr and Wayne Dalton. We are closed on Shabbat and Jewish holidays.

What We Will Not Do
- Sell a new door when a repair will do.
- Add charges after the written price.
- Install a new opener on a door with weak or broken springs.
- Leave without testing the safety reverse.
Shabbat and Holidays
One Stop is closed on Shabbat and Jewish holidays, and on Fridays we close two hours before Shabbat. Messages that come in then are answered when it ends, and urgent calls are handled as soon as a technician is available.
